The Chairman of the Society Dr. Hartley Booth OBE spoke from the British side congratulating the Uzbek people on the occasion of the Constitution Day and wishing further progress on the way of democratic and economic reforms. He noted that the basic law of Uzbekistan occupies a worthy place among the most advanced constitutions in the world in terms of commitment to the ideas of democracy and the international law norms.
